Well after building their beautiful home at The Lake Station Ted and Sandi Phipps again chose FarmBuild to help design and build their new architectural home at Waikari.

The Team at Charlie Nott’s architecture certainly excelled themselves as you will see and meeting all of Sandi’s requirements for a sunny warm rural house.

The thing that I really like about this place is the way that Sandi Phipps has put so many of her own personal touches to the design and finish of this home.

Sandi sourced a lot of the old beams, limestone rock, doors and Knick knacks that made this place special and personal.

The house is sunny warm as heated with a log fire and has stunning views over the Waikari basin.

It was a true pleasure to build this home and full credit to Ted and Sandi Phipps for their involvement and the honour to work with them.
